In Vitro Fertilisation in Mauritius

In vitro fertilisation(IVF) is the process used to conceive a child outside the body. A woman's eggs and man's sperm are placed together in a plastic dish for fertilisation. Once the eggs are fertilised, the resulting embryos are placed in the woman's uterus in the hope that a successful pregnancy will follow. (Betterhealth.vic.gov.au)

According to Harley Street Fertility website, the treatments offered “include Induction of Ovulation, Ultrasound follicle monitoring, Intra- Uterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intra - Cytoplasmic Sperm injection (ICSI), Laser Assisted Hatching, Freezing of Embryos, Testicular biopsy and Freezing of testicular tissue, Pre-implantation genetic testing of embryos.”
